Bookings & Availability
Every 20th of the month, new spots become available for the following month. Want to book monthly? Set a reminder so you don’t miss out.

 
Deposit Policy

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
The deposit is deducted from the final total of your service.
All deposits are non-refundable.
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit.
Rescheduling within 24 hours will require a new deposit.
In case of emergencies, please contact us — we’re happy to find a solution where possible.
 
Late Arrival & No-Shows

If you're 15+ minutes late, a €15 late fee will be added.
If you're 20+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.
Always inform us via WhatsApp if you're running late.
 
Age & Guest Policy

Only clients aged 16 and older are accepted.
If you are under 16, you must provide written permission from a parent or legal guardian.
No children or extra guests are allowed in the salon to ensure a peaceful and focused environment.
 
Appointment Preparation

Please come with clean, product-free, and blow-dried hair.
Avoid oils, wax, gel, edge control, glue, or any buildup.
Prefer to have your hair blow-dried at the salon? Be sure to book the extra service “Blow dry pre-install” under Styling.
For wig installations or 2x6 closure sew-ins, bring your own foundation shade to blend the lace perfectly.
Reusing bundles? Please ensure they are freshly washed and detangled before your appointment.
 
Hair Requirements & Bundle Guide
We only work with premium quality hair:
Raw straight, body wave, and virgin curly hair

Synthetic hair
AliExpress, Shein, Amazon, or Afro shop hair
Hair with thin ends
“Human hair” blends
If you’re unsure if your hair meets our standards, send us a message on WhatsApp before your appointment.

 

 

12–16 inch: 2 bundles
18–22 inch: 3 bundles
24 inch and longer: 4 bundles
Note: We only work with full, uncut bundles. No partial bundles unless combined with two complete ones.
 
Squeeze-In Appointments (Last Minute Spots)

Fully booked? Request a squeeze-in appointment via WhatsApp.
Squeeze-ins are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
Surcharge for a squeeze-in is €30.
 
Payment Methods

Payment is due after the service.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total amount.
We accept cash and mobile PIN payments via Tikkie.
